30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not qualify for approval.

For used or refurbished products, minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal previous use may be present and does not qualify as damage or defect.
All returned products are inspected upon arrival before refunds are approved.
Non-Returnable Items

- Machines modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Products missing original parts or accessories
- Items returned without prior return authorization

Free Return Shipping
Dr. Scott’s Pinball Store offers free return shipping on approved returns.
Customers will not be charged for:
- Return shipping fees
- Restocking fees
- Handling fees
No hidden deductions will be applied to approved refunds.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return:

- Wait for return approval and return instructions
- Securely package the product in its original packaging
- Ship the item following the provided instructions
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must follow the return process outlined above.
